I have had these units for a few months now. I am a first time front load washer owner and I love it. Granted, my last laundry set was from 1996. I like that it has the laundry soap dispenser at the top, the drum is lit, and its quiet. Its a bonus that I have it connect to my wifi and I can see the state of the wash and when it will be finished (and use alexa to tell me when its done washing). It has more features than I will use but I plan on exploring them soon. These would include the AI wash cycle. I would recommend this unit. Also, its lower than I thought so purchasing a pedestal might be in my future also.

This is the very best washer I’ve ever purchased. The features are perfect and address all washing needs, including all the synthetic fabrics in the market. It’s easy to use and the wash cycles get my clothes really clean. I absolutely love how the spin cycles get the majority of water and moisture out of my clothes.

The only issue we have is that the features and selections are largely preprogrammed so that if you wish to perform a simple task or modify a given selection, it is difficult or impossible. Capacity is very good.

It is easy to choose appropriate cycles and I love that it "senses" the size of the load and adjusts the water/timing appropriately. Our laundry has been very clean and fresh. I haven't used the app yet- probably will be great once I get the hang of it.

I bought the washer about 6 weeks ago and I love it! It is easy to use, love the presets and it meets all my family needs. Love the allergine cycle as I have three dogs that I allow on my furnishings so I use alot of blankets and constantly washing them. I also like that most of the cycles are faster than my previous model. Delivery and installation were super. Great buy!

I now own this washer for about six weeks and I am extremely pleased my purchase. I love that's so incredibly quiet, and the streamlined look. It compliments the space rather than dominating it, and it does a darn good job of cleaning my clothes. Given that I am not a heavy user except during the Summer months, I've not taken advantage of all the options but find the ease of use and interactive aspect and design great. Given that my previous washing machine which only lasted 5 years, and was the worse customer service and product I have ever purchased, I wanted a reliable and efficient product. I continue to experiment with the options and I am indeed pleased with my purchase. I have to read further on the Turbo Wash, my plumber indicated I should have received a hose? with machine. Not sure. Based on my experience to date, I will give this washer an A+.

Took delivery on this unit. Easy to make connections. First wash discovered the washer gasket is improperly installed. Sad, to know quality control is lacking. Defect 2was extremely apparent. Received second as replacement. Easy control wash decisions. This unit has performed well with the done wash applications. Not as quiet as expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased this washer and it's been fun to use all the options. The AI appears to use the less time and energy. It's also interesting to see how much energy each cycle uses. The one function we will definitely use is the cleaning cycle. It's a function we had on our previous LG washer that we did not use until it was too late.

My first thought about a washer with wifi, was, "Why, why would I need this, why would I want this?" I bought it anyway because of the beautiful, modern and sleek look to it and my previous washer was an LG which I had a long, very good experience with, so I wanted another LG. This works as good, if not better than my previous washer and I do use the wifi. The LG ThinQ app lets me know how much time is left, when to run a clean cycle, clean the lint filter and sends an alert to my phone when it's finished, among many other useful features. When not in use, the washer's digital display shows the date and time. I also bought the matching front load dryer and the matching pedestals to complete the look and functionality. It's a beautiful looking and beautiful working machine!
