I didn’t really want to get a new washer, but we renovated our laundry room and wanted a stackable set. This one looked the best and had the best reviews, in my opinion. It cleans well and has so many options. Our clothes seem cleaner than with our last (only three years old) washing machine. It takes up less room and looks great.

I bought this washer based on Consumer Reports reviews, and we're very happy with it so far. It replaced a 16-year-old GE model. The LG is much quieter and seems to use less water. We've been using AI mode for all our washes, and it takes at least 15 mins less time than the old washer. I use the LG app to keep an eye on the wash cycle, mainly because the end-of-cycle notification isn't loud enough to be heard unless you're in the basement.

I bought the washing machine and dryer as a set. My previous LG front loader was still working perfectly the sensor dry part of dryer not so good. I decided to just replace both and get the stainless steel matching set. I really love the nice clean look of the new pair.

Wow - who knew you could love a washer! Everything about this washer is great and the quality of the wash is excellent. The AI feature figures out the right wash saving time and money when loads are light or more time is needed for bigger loads. The application works wonderful and lets me know when the load is done and I can extend it if I can't get to it right away. Even enjoy the festive music option I had over Christmas! This is a quality washer and I highly recommend it.

We received our washer last month and are extremely happy with this purchase. Not only is it beautiful (we got it in Graphite steel) but it is much more efficient than our previous washer. Our laundry is done alot faster now which is a pleasant surprise.

We've had the washer for about 5 months and it is a great improvement over our previous washer. I love how quiet and refined it is. It's hard to imagine a better way to clean clothes. We did have one problem though. The detergent drawer refused to go back in its slot when we removed it for regular cleaning. It was because of a manufacturing defect. It took about two weeks to get service. The service person fixed it, and so the problem was resolved. It is still hard to get in, but we can live with it.

I bought the LG machine about a month ago. The reason for purchasing a new washing machine was that our previous similar LG washing machine that was in good working shape had a health hazard mold problems. We had maintained our washing machine per LG's recommendations, using the correct front load soap, using the cleaning cycle once a month, etc. Other brands have vented washers that eliminate the mold problem. Unfortunately for us, we were stuck purchasing another LG washing machine due to dimensions When remodeling our Laundry Room, we were under the false illusion that most washer/dryers are the same size. Well, got that wrong so we are stuck with LG , until we do some minor remodel work......Recommend and frontload machine that is vented. Maybe LG will join the ventible washing machines some day.
