I’ve run 4 cycles so far, and it is doing a great job of cleaning. The drum is noticeably stabile compared with my old LG where the drum broke. The drum also flips the clothes around to help clean. It has many cycles, and the ThinQ app makes it easy to manage them, and have only the cycles you use show up on the dial. Cons: this machine doesn’t have a Steam Fresh cycle (steam/tumble/no wash for wrinkles). LG also claims that additional cycles can be downloaded. So far, only Overnight can be added. The glass is dark, requiring a flashlight to see inside during the cycle. The Options are very hard to read since the display panel isn’t illuminated, but you can use the ThinQ app to select them instead.

Purchased a month ago and already noticed a savings on my water bill. Easy to use, very intuitive, and excellent features. Using the LG Thin Q app, I know when the cycle is done and don't need to physically check the status. Uses the right amount of water for the load and the cycle completes quickly. Clothes come out clean and fresh. I could not be happier. Had a competitors brand prior and it kept going off balance. I had to continually restart the machine at spin cycle and it would fill with water all over again. No problems with the LG front load washer. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a reliable machine with great features.

I love the bay array of settings to get the right cleaning based on material or type of load. I love the quick wash cycle which is 15 minutes. Definitely comes in handy when in a rush after forgetting to wash let’s say a baseball uniform. The LG app makes this washer even more amazing. The alerts when finished, maintenance tips and remote control access are great. It also shows how much you save based on us usage to help fully see how energy efficient it is. Definitely recommend.

We've been using the washer and dryer set for over a month and love them! The washer is so quiet, fast, and the clothes seem to be even cleaner than what the old washer has able to wash! This washer doesn't vibrate like the old washer did with some loads. Didn't need to get any isolation pads like I had with the old washer! My wife was a little uncertain about using the single dial, but now she loves it!

I have had these units for a few months now. I am a first time front load washer owner and I love it. Granted, my last laundry set was from 1996. I like that it has the laundry soap dispenser at the top, the drum is lit, and its quiet. Its a bonus that I have it connect to my wifi and I can see the state of the wash and when it will be finished (and use alexa to tell me when its done washing). It has more features than I will use but I plan on exploring them soon. These would include the AI wash cycle. I would recommend this unit. Also, its lower than I thought so purchasing a pedestal might be in my future also.

We bought this front load washer and matching dryer (electric) to replace a much older LG set. This set runs much quieter and have found the savings in our electric bill not withstanding the change from an LP dryer to electric. We have consistently bought LG appliances for our home and now sold home in Mexico. We also changed out our non LG stove and refrigerator that came with our current home. We have not once had to have a service all. We anticipate the same with the new washer/dryer set.

Unit is quiet, efficient with surprisingly fast cycle times. Like the clean and simple design aesthetic. Purchased because LG washers and dryers are the highest rated in a national consumer testing magazine. Time will tell.

Between moving and buying new, this is my eighth washing machine. It does a decent job of cleaning, but the towel and sheet settings take a ridiculously long time relative to washers I have owned recently. At least I can program my own, but that is pain to need to do every time. The permanent press cycle claims to reduce wrinkles. No way! I have never had clothes come out more wrinkled than they come out of this machine, even on the permanent press cycle. It has a ton of cycles to choose from, but most don't seem to make any difference in how the clothes come out.

I bought this washer based on Consumer Reports reviews, and we're very happy with it so far. It replaced a 16-year-old GE model. The LG is much quieter and seems to use less water. We've been using AI mode for all our washes, and it takes at least 15 mins less time than the old washer. I use the LG app to keep an eye on the wash cycle, mainly because the end-of-cycle notification isn't loud enough to be heard unless you're in the basement.
