[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I now look forward to washing our clothes! This washer is simple to use, offers many different cycles to cater to all types of laundry, and I LOVE the musical tune it plays when the cycle is over!

I’ve had the washer for over a month and love it. The clothes come out clean and the cycles are shorter than my previous LG machine. The Linkq setup was pretty easy and gives updates on when the machine is done working. It also sends cleaning reminders and energy consumption levels.

This washer may be fine for someone else, but it does not deliver what I wanted. 1.When I choose "hot" water, I want the water supply to come exclusively from the hot water line. Instead, I get a mix of hot and cold water, leaving me with warm water. I need true hot water for some loads, for use with Oxiclean bleach, for instance. 2. The tub is too deep for convenient unloading. I have to stand on tip-toe and stretch hard to reach items at the bottom of the tub. I had a 2.5 front loader before, and was happy with it, but I wanted something a little bigger when it came time for a new washer. I wish I could have found a washer with around 3.5 cu ft capacity. At 4.1 cu ft capacity, this washer is larger than I need. It crowds the available laundry space and requires a strong stretch to unload it. 3. The "extra water" option is not designed to work with the "normal" cycle, which is generally when I would want to use that option.

We've been using the washer and dryer set for over a month and love them! The washer is so quiet, fast, and the clothes seem to be even cleaner than what the old washer has able to wash! This washer doesn't vibrate like the old washer did with some loads. Didn't need to get any isolation pads like I had with the old washer! My wife was a little uncertain about using the single dial, but now she loves it!

We bought this front load washer and matching dryer (electric) to replace a much older LG set. This set runs much quieter and have found the savings in our electric bill not withstanding the change from an LP dryer to electric. We have consistently bought LG appliances for our home and now sold home in Mexico. We also changed out our non LG stove and refrigerator that came with our current home. We have not once had to have a service all. We anticipate the same with the new washer/dryer set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this washer now for about a month. It really is amazing. So quiet, and the wash comes out as expected. Love all the features and wash cycle choices. Large tub which is great. If you’re considering this washer, don’t hesitate! It is all it is advertised to be.

Bought this set to replace a WM3770H and DLEX3570 washer/dryer set. I liked that pair, but the washer suffered a premature bearing failure, and I took the gamble to try LG a second time despite that. This set is a HUGE improvement, and not just because of the move up from 2 to 5 "turbowash" jets. The number of available wash programs, the ability to edit which ones are visible, the "wash prioritization" feature that reshuffles the order of the programs based on frequency of usage are all gigantic steps up. LG has also opened up the option list a lot as well (e.g., "Extra hot" temp was previously only available on the "Sanitize" cycle. Now I can add it to most cycles, including "Heavy Duty." This is super good for flexibility). Almost all cycles have the ability to add up to three extra rinses now, for a total of four! Huge improvement for sensitive skin! I personally also like the new control panel - all touch sensitive. The small screen inside the selector dial is a nice touch. There are no physical buttons anymore. And the drum has a light now! You have to scroll through a few options to turn it on manually, but this doesn't bother me much. On the dryer, the drum is now stainless too! On my old set the washer was, but dryer drum was painted steel. Another big improvement! A few areas that could be improved: despite having the same 4.5 cu. ft. interior space, the cabinet on this one takes up a noticeable amount of additional space. It may not matter to you, but my laundry room is very small and it's obvious. I wish there was a "brightness" setting to the control panel. It's not too bad, but in daylight can be tough to read (I have a large window in said laundry room). Touch settings that are available but not active are lit very dimply, and difficult to see in some cases. And one major misstep: I think that as a result of people complaining about a small amount of water left in the liquid detergent cup LG now has molded a pinhole into the bottom. This was NOT a well thought out solution, because thinner detergents (i.e., most plant-based ones) drain out as fast as you pour them in. Obviously, this has no impact on powdered detergents (I use both), but after talking to LG customer care there seems to be no plan to correct this, so I ended up putting a drop of glue over the hole. Now I am back to a bit of clear water left in the detergent cup after a wash, but I never considered this a big deal in the first place, so who cares? At least now my liquids detergents don't immediately drain out. Despite the few goofs this set is definitely an improvement for LG and looks and feels far more "premium" than older LG sets.

Works great! This replaced a 12 year old LG that finally died after lots of use over the years. I was happy to get the new updated version of the same color so that it matches the old dryer which is still working great. And, it also fit on the old pedestal! Love the newer features!

Have used this laundry pair for about a month now and absolutely love it. Looks great, works great. Only complaint is that some of the settings (end of cycle sound, for instance) are buried too far in either the machine menu or the application menu.
