Since we've switched to this mattress, we have felt immediate relief and have gotten the best sleep ever! I run cold and he runs hot and we both find this bed perfect with temperature control too.

Just got delivered today and the wait was worth it! I think i am going to curl up in it and sleep for 4 days straight! My old mattress was so worn out the box springs were jutting out on both sides. I can't believe I let it go for as long as I did. This one feels like the beds I have found in the most expensive hotel suite! Between Sam's Club penchant for 100 years for quality merchandise and Serta being a name in the industry for 100 years I figured I couldn't go wrong and I'm not disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son has been sleeping on the same mattress for YEARS (also embarrassed to say it was OUR mattress before it was his - yikes) and needed a fresh start! We wanted something was sturdy enough to last but had the high quality touches we were looking for (pillow top, medium firm). Believe me when I say this mattress is absolute heaven. This pillow top is unbelievable. Easily comparable to an upscale hotel bed - but even better. Medium firm - so if you like a super hard bed, this one probably isn't for you - but supports your body (we've ALL napped on it!). It's plush and soft but stable (he jumps on and off of it while playing with friends and they don't even move sooo not a chance you'd feel your partner roll over in the middle of the night) and keeps him cool. With our old mattress, he would wake up in a sweaty pile of twisted sheets but has slept perfectly sound without overheating on this new guy. Additionally, our two cats also love it and have made it their new bed as well. A++!

This is not a medium but a firm mattress. I called support to get more clarification as all the Serra mattresses have the same description. The girl I talked to never called me back as promised and my return time ran out. Now I have to buy mattress toppers. Wish I had kept my 25 year old mattress!

It is firm enough, so that you don't sink in .I really liked my old mattress, but I Love this one even more. My son laid on it and said, Feels Like Heaven. It is made well and should last for a very long time. It is also very pretty. You will not go wrong with this mattress and I highly recommend it.

This mattress has truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect, from its ultra soft feel to the exceptional support it provides. It's an all around great mattress. The mattress creates the perfect balance of contouring and support. It's firm enough to support my body but also feels very soft and allows my body to sink into the right position. I am about 200 lbs and I sleep soundly without tossing and turning or trying to find a more comfortable position. I feel it has a great balance of support and comfort. One of the standout features of the Serta Ansley Escape is its exceptional motion isolation. I no longer feel even the slightest movement when my wife gets out of bed. This allows us both to enjoy an uninterrupted night's sleep. This feature has been a blessing, as I am a very light sleeper and can easily be awakened with little movement or sound. Sleeping on this mattress, I feel pretty cool throughout the night. I don't find myself sweating or overheating. So the temperature control is pretty great. Some mattresses sleep very hot, so I was pleased that I didn't have this issue. The mattress looks to be made very well. It has a premium feel to it and looks like it will last a long time. Time will tell, but the overall build quality looks quite impressive. The Serta Ansley Escape is a premium mattress. It's comfortable, has outstanding support and motion isolation. It looks great, feels durable, and I have no doubt it should last me many years. If you're looking for a quality mattress, I highly recommend it.
