The matress is semi firm and high. Feel great laying on it, but have not actually slept on it. I bought it for a day bed for guest.

Just brought the mattress home, feels very comfortable. Soft but yet firm enough, can't wait to sleep on it.

So far I am very satisfied with the sleep I am getting on this mattress. Only been a couple of weeks, but happy with this purchase.

At night it’s what you look forward too, time spent on this mattress is 8 hours, I can tell you it’s a good mattress.

I bought this Mattress for my son and he absolutely love it, the comfort level and durability is amazing.

Just got it today. Haven’t tried it out. Just trying to set up my warranty. It does look like good quality at least. Will know soon!

Actually better than the memory foam mattress I had to return due to lack of support. Have yet to wake up with increased back pain.

Purchase was easy at SAMS, mattress appears to be constructed with quality! More to come as time will tell of my sleep concerns!!

My son had spinal fusion done and this mattess brought him relief from waking up with back pain each morning. Would buy again!

Haven’t tried a Serta mattress before but so far it’s pretty comfortable and I’m a side/back sleeper.
