My child had a fever and I gave him genexa his fever went away a nd he slept a lot better this is a great product I recommend it and will purchase again.

So I bought this because for the first time in 7 kids, I have one that needs pain relief frequently. I feel better knowing it minimizes the bad. But....it does taste pretty .
