[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i like that its a clean medicine but couldnt really tell that it made any difference. i had a hard time judging if it worked or not because the kids didnt like the flavor and wouldnt take it. i tried also but noticed no difference. that could be because i was taking a kids dose instead of an adult dose. there is no reason for me to buy it if the kids wont take it. i gave three stars because i do like the brand and what they stand for and have liked many of their other products.

Everyone should #trynatural. I used the kids pain amd fever for my daughter because her throat was hurting. This medicine worked really quick. I would recommend this to friends. The only thing about it that my daughter didn't like was the taste. She said that she didn't like the taste. I like this medicine because it doesn't have any harsh chemicals in it and it's all natural. If you haven't tried anything from Social Natural, I would say give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

My kids loved this product! It was easy to find, a good deal, and something I feel safe giving my kids. It was a great substitute for normal Tylenol and I used it for all my kid's little aches and pains like headaches and scrapes. I am glad I was able to try this product and I will definitely buy it again!

This Genexa product is another effective medication for our child. This kids' pain & fever liquid contains acetaminophen in an agave syrup with a blueberry flavor and a citrus extract. Therefore, the taste is very inviting and easy to deliver. As always, follow the directions on the box as to dosage for your child using their age and weight. Be sure to shake the bottle well because the ingredients can separate and change color over time. The syrup contains a non-GMO flavor. The enclosed dosing cup is very helpful.

My children seemed to like the flavor of the medicine and I can tell that it worked as it did reduce their fever. I will buy when I run out!

The ingredients are fantastic, I am happy to have acetaminophen for my children without the dyes and sweeteners that we avoid in our food. The color is not vibrant like regular brands but the taste was acceptable to my children. It worked just as well as children's Tylenol. I wish there was an option for ibuprofen as well. I am happy there is a cold option; I have not used it but am willing to try it if the need arises.

I just got my free product last week. My son was having fever. With in 30 mins of giving him this. His headache and fever was gone. He like the taste as well. Had great directiona on the box. I will be letting friends and family know about this product.

I love the fact that this product has no artificial dyes or artificial colorings. It has the flavoring from real blueberries which is awesome because most products have that fake chemical flavor. The nephews seemed to like it. Definitely recommend! We love all natural products!

The kids took this with ease as both had a slight fever from a cold that they caught. No fuss easy to administer and they seemed to really like the flavor so there was zero complaining. Made my mind at ease using this Genexa product and it worked as it should with no allergens and a great flavor.
