[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean ingredients and safe for children. My son was having a fever and soon within an hour it started to go away. Really recommend. One of the downsides is that it’s more expensive than regular medicine.

My cannot explain how much I love this product!he mission point it is easy to use works like a charm and my child absolutely loved it. Within minutes of taking it you can almost immediately see it working. I love all of their products especially because they're very natural and the ingredients are amazing.

Genexa Kid’s Pain & Fever Reliever worked great at relieving my child’s headache and they didn’t complain about the taste. It’s nice having piece of mind knowing the pain reliever I give them doesn’t contain dyes or parabens, which I really like about Genexa.

It definitely worked for my little one when teething and trying to sleep. I do think with the agave it is sweet enough without additional flavors. Another product with a flavor option work if flavor is needed for some. I appreciate the organic and non gmo ingredients but am questionable when I see an ingredient that just says 'flavor'

Genexa made a wonderful product that works wonders and fast! My child with HFA, sensory and food aversions was able to take this with ease and actually licked the dose cup clean! No sugar added, agave cactus syrup used for sweet flavor and organic fruit. My child felt better very fast also. Thanks Genexa for a try of your products and we will be buying and trying other varieties for our family! Tummy, pain allergy and cough/congestion formula are available!

My kiddos loved the taste of this new real medicine made of clean and good ingredients. For once, I didn't have to bribe my kids to take their cold medicine because it didn't have the "yucky taste". Feels good to see the kiddos feel better with good for them products. yay!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Kids pain and fever relief by #Genexa after receiving an offer from #SocialNature. My son had a slight headache and fever. I was glad I had this on hand. It worked great and it's safe and easy to use. He liked the taste and that's huge since I have a hard time getting him to take any kind of medicine. After taking this his fever decreased and his headache was gone. It really helped his symptoms and kept his fever down. I was glad I had this on hand. I will use it again and I do recommend it to my friends and family.

My grandkids don’t mind taking Genexa when they’re not feeling well and a pain reliever is neede to help them. They also like it because it doesn’t taste bad. I like it because it’s made without dyes, sweeteners and oh it’s also gluten free. Great job!!

This is awesome! I love that on the side of the package it clearly says everything that is in this product. I feel great having something I can give to my child without a lot of confusing extra ingredients! This comes in a clear plastic bottle with a child resistant cap. It also includes a measuring cup that goes up to 20ml. It also has a heat shrink seal over the entire bottle and cup.This is a thicker liquid that tastes like a sweet sweet honey. The product was separated in the bottle with the more opaque liquid near the top of the bottle as shown in the pictures. A good shake mixed it back up. The bottle does explain that it can separate because they use clean ingredients.

I was able to find one last of the pain relief on the shelf for my children and was really looking forward to trying out this fever and pain reliever, It contains 160 mg/5ml of acetaminophen. It is flavored with organic blueberries and contains no allergens or dye. The ingredient list is simple and contains no surprises. I couldn't be happier with this my son is also picky and he really likes the smell and flavor.
