I’m very pleased with this natural product. My 5 year old daughter has been sick for awhile and i felt bad giving her some other pain and fever medicine that had dyes etc. Genexa not only has natural ingredients, but also works and my daughter loves the flavor. Win win!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked very well for my six year old when he had a fever and was not feeling very well at all. I noticed his fever drop within an hour. He liked the flavor and didn't fight me to take it.

I have always relied on store brand pain relievers for my kids to save money, but in turn I sacrificed quality and ingredients. I was very happy with Genexa pain reliever. I truly appreciate the clean ingredients, and no dyes. The flavor was tolerable for my son. The reaction time was close or slightly under what our usual brand would deliver. My son is older now, and will soon switch to adult pain relievers, but I would recommend this brand to mom's who care about what they are giving their kids.

Likely my little one healthy enough and we didn't try it yet. But I happy that I have it in my home-pharmacy in case I'll need it. like the clean ingredients, sound safe and what important for me - made from the organic product (agave), no parabens, dyes or common allergens. Happy to have it

My children have responded well to Genexa Pain & Fever. It has been great at helping my children bounce back from their seasonal colds this year. It worked quick and effectively, which we are super thankful for. I love the brand, because it only has what my babies need! I hate giving my kids medicines with all the extra fillers, and Genexa doesn't do that. The only issue we had was my kids did not like the flavor of this as much.

My son recently had his tonsils removed and he needed some pain medication during his recovery. He usually hates other kinds of brands due to the terrible taste. Luckily this time around he didn’t give me any trouble with genexa! It made the recovery process so much easier! I will definitely purchase this again in the future.

We typically stick with Ibuprofen but I remembered I had this product. He really enjoyed the flavor (which is a big deal in kid world) and felt better within 30 minutes. I love that I have a clean pain reliever that I feel good about giving my son when needed.

I absolutely love these brand. I want to make sure I’m giving my kids the best ingredients possible and I love that these don’t have any added dyes and that the flavorings are natural. I think most of kid’s medicine is just flavoring and dye so it’s nice to have a clean option. My kids, on the other hand, weren’t as big of fans as I am. They took it just fine but they didn’t love the flavor as much. Probably because they are used to the sickly sweet taste of the other brands. I would love to see a bubblegum flavor as that seems to be their most favorite. I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own."

ABSOLUTELY LOVE GENEXA!!!! They give parents the option of clean & natural medicines for our children. My daughter started running a temperature on Thanksgiving and within about 10-15 minutes of giving her the recommended dose for her age, she was up and running around, fever free. I was so impressed with this product, I personally reached out to the company to tell them how grateful I was to have a clean product to offer my children.
