This product worked well for my daughter when she wasn’t feeling well. She has a sensitive system so I can’t give her many other brands of medicine. When trying this brand she had no negative reaction at all. This medicine started to take effect after 30 min.

I am so thankful I got Geneva kid's fever & pain!!! My 6 year old son has a couple food allergies and not all OTC medications are safe for him. I appreciate how clean the ingredients are and my son actually likes the taste so it isn't a fight to get him to take it. #trynatural

When asked to review I was excited to try with small nephews in my care, one who had a fever and headache for a couple days the week i received my product. I really liked this medicine. I loved the clean ingredients in this and I felt good about giving it to my kids. It has the same active ingredients as most leasing medicine brands but without the artificial dyes, sugars and allergens. It was also effective at relieving pain.

I tried the fever reducer from Geneva brand. It was a good experience. My daughter was having a mild fever. She likes the flavour and taste. My kids usually does not like regular acetaminophen's taste and we have a fight over it. But she liked ithis one and does not even want drink water after it. Also helped her get better in very fast.

Kids pain & fever by Genexa is a great product. I used this for my grand daughter who was cutting molars and being uncomfortable. She enjoyed the taste and her discomfort subsided quickly. Kids’ Pain & Fever Medicine by Genexa works really good. It contains 160 mg/5ml of acetaminophen and is flavored with organic blueberries. It's a medicine that's made clean. My granddaughter took it and didn't spit it out like other ones. It has a good flavor. (I tasted it) The ingredient's are simple yet effective. I love that these products have more natural ingredients! This product has acetaminophen in it for pain or fever so it worked just as well as the other less natural products. My son had an earache and it took the pain away. He also liked the flavor.

I love to go the natural route with my kids- as in I don't like to give them typical medicines to reduce pain or fever. That being said, I also have two boys in the middle of a pandemic- so accidents and occasional fevers are bound to scare me. I loved having this as an option.
