This is a superior product to the more mainstream pain relief formulas laden with dyes and sweeteners. I appreciate the dye-free formula and natural sweeteners. My child was not fond of the flavor, but I only administered once so he may like it better over time. I feel good giving my child a natural product. #trynatural

This had a great taste, kind of like birthday cake batter. The kids didn't have any trouble taking it, and even asked several hours later if it was time to take it again. It helped my daughter's fever. And was free from unnecessary dyes and other things.

Purchased the Genexa pain relief with acetaminophen for my infant daughter as she only has one kidney. We had to give it to him after a set of immunizations and she really took it well. I really like this brand how there’s not a bunch of chemicals in it and my daughter seem to be OK with the taste some of the medicines out there are horrible and I can barely get them down her throat but this was a wonderful product and I will buy it again and recommended to friends

I received this at a good time as my granddaughter came to live with me. She was running a fever and I gave her a dose of this. The fever broke and she was feeling much betterand within an hour. The flavor was good and it was easy to give. I would recommend this to any parent or grandparent.

well my son had a little bit of a headache. So I gave him the recommended dosage. He did not like it haha he made a face and coughed a bit but what medicine taste good. It took a couple of hours to kick in but headache went away. I hope I don't need to use this as a fever relief any time soon.
