When he went to try it he absolutely disliked the taste of it and spit it out. Had to then go back to the store for a different medicine...oh well...was worth a try

Fortunately since reviving this sample our children haven't been in a position where we needed to use this. That being said I have been impressed with the ingredients. it compares very well with what we have used in the past but the ingredients are much cleaner and make me feel very good about what we would give our kids if they are needing medicine.

The first thing that draws me to this product is the cute, clean graphics that are simple and comforting, which is exactly what I need when my child isnt feeling well. What makes me love it is the very clean ingredient list, with just the medicine and some flavoring, with nothing artificial added. The box warned me that some separation of product might occur, which it had, but it was pretty easy to shake and re-mix before use, although that did take some time before the first use. I was surprised but very pleased by the color, which is obviously not artificially tinted, and the blueberry and citrus flavors are appealing to my children, making it easier for them to take this. I just really love that there are not artificial flavors or colors and will definitely be buying this again. #trynatural

It was a gift for my sister she has young children and her boys are not able to have things that have artificial dye in it and these products make her feel at ease with giving any medicine they might need. So far they are very healthy and strong little boys. Thank you Genexa for making these options for us busy moms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The syrup comes out a little gooey but it seems to go down in the same way as other acetaminophen syrups. (Not that easy for the little ones even though it is sweet enough.) I love that it doesn't have anything artificial!

I am very happy with Genexa Kids Pain and Fever. My daughter usually will not touch liquid medication but this one she actually said tasted okay. It is sweetened with agave and has blueberries, so that gives it a nice flavor. It worked quickly to bring her fever down, so I am very happy with Genexa.
