I love all Genexa products. They're kids pain and fever reliever works as well as other name brand products, but without the unnecessary additives. My toddler likes the taste so there's no issues with getting her to take it. We love all of their products, and we love that they add only needed ingredients. Affordable and much better for my little one.

Received a voucher for a free bottle of Genexa Kids Pain & Fever and my 5yr old liked the taste and he don't like a lot of things to take. He slept some of the pain off he said he felt ok the next morning. I like the fact that its a natural product and not too strong for him.

I absolutely love that I have found the Genexa Kids Pain& Fever! With 5 kids we need a pain reliever often and this is just that, pain reliever/fever reducer without all the added nonsense like other brands. The kids like the taste and it works so it’s a win win!

I tried Genexa Pain & Fever. My kid had a fever and I gave it to him. Approximately after 30 minutes the temperature went down and the child felt better. So overall the product is ok and works good. The ingredients are clean. Will recommend to my friends.

So glad they have better and healthier alternatives to medicine for kids. Was pleasantly surprised to have discovered this brand. I'm yet to test it for its effectiveness but after reading multiple reviews, I'm happy that it works and how effective it is. My little one, a 7 year old, had a mild fever and slight cough. I gave her a dose of Genexa Kids Pain & Fever Medicine and by morning, her fever broke and she all around felt much better than before. I really like and appreciate the minimal ingredients.

Whenever I am to take my kids to their pediatrician for their shots I have always been advised to give them some kind of acetaminophen prior. I tried this brand to see how it measures up our trusted Tylenol. Both have the same active ingredient however I thinks this brand takes a bit longer to kick in. Why? I am not sure. After it does kick in though it works great.

Overall, we used it for her growing pains & she said the taste wasn't that bad(good sign) & that the pain subsided fairly quickly too! Lasted throughout the night, so she slept good & in no pain!
