Loved this product as it is made of natural ingredients. But my son does not like taste may be because it hadls less sugar. It is made of corn so those who stays away from corn should not get it. For us its ok but since son does not like cannot use it anymore

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work with children and was able to offer this to the children at work. The children seemed to take the medicine with no issue. Some stated the liked the flavor of the medicine and would take it again. It seemed to work and the children felt better. 1

Genexa has become my new favorite brand. This pain reliever only has six ingredients in including acetaminophen (which is the active ingredient). My little one says it tasted great and it did what it was supposed to do. I also liked that it was sealed with plastic, so it the plastic was off it was tampered with. It also included a nice measuring cup so you could give the correct amount to your kids.

I have come to love the Genexa products that I have tried. They are sometimes a little hard to find, but they are made with all clean, organic ingredients that you don't feel bad about taking or giving to your family. The blueberry flavor in this is great as well.

I feel much more comfortable giving Genexa’s products to my little one. The ingredients are better than other brands. We used this to break my little ones mild fever and it worked well. I will definitely be choosing this brand over Tylenol next time!

I was hoping I wouldn’t have a reason to review this product but, unfortunately with a child in school, colds are inevitable. Thankfully we had this product on hand when we needed it this weekend. It helped reduce my sons fever quickly and he said he liked how it tasted, too. He’s always been pretty good about taking medicine but, is very particular when it comes to flavor so that was a huge plus! Will definitely purchase again once we need more.

The bottle is see through so you can see how much of the product is left. Being able to clearly see the medicine inside the bottle is also helpful because there is pretty significant separation, so you need to shake it well before use. The taste is very sweet so our little one did not hesitate at all when we gave her a dose to help ease teething pain. The fact that this doesn't have any unnecessary ingredients just makes it that much better. We have multiple Genexa products in our home and will continue purchasing.

I picked this up on Thursday & my son ended up needing it on Saturday. He had a headache & I gave him some medication. About a half hour later, he told me his headache was gone. I was very impressed. He said it tasted better than the grape medicine we'd previously had.

I liked that this product didn't have any chemicals but just natura ingredients in it. However my child said it tasted disgusting which doesn't really mean anything because if it is not grape flavor he will hate it. It did seem to help with his runny nose and watery eyes

My daughter has been having growing pains and Tylenol only seems to work half of the time. I wanted to try something more natural so I loved the opportunity to try Geneva Pain and Fever. My daughter loved the taste but complained rather quickly that she was in pain again. Not sure if it was the medicine not working or if she was just having a rough time. Overall, I would try this again.
