I used the General Kids Pain and Fever product. My grandkids have issues with taking most over the counter medicines. They are very sensitive to the dyes found in most of them. I gave them the Geneva product. No issues with the product and helped with their health issues.

Recently purchased this product for my 5 year old daughter for her fever. She drank the medicine without a problem. She said it tastes like honey though it’s blueberry. I was really looking forward to trying out this fever and pain reliever. It contains 160 mg/5ml of acetaminophen. It is flavored with organic blueberries and contains no allergens or dyes. Not only that, but it is non GMO. The ingredient list is simple and contains no surprises. I couldn't be happier with this. My son really seemed to like the flavor and he was fast asleep and fever free within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this product to friends and family. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like to use the Genexa kids pain and fever for my two little guys. As they grow they sometimes have achy legs and this pain reliever has helped them to be able to sleep without the pain. It has also worked well for fever as well. Has a decent taste so that my kids will take it without spitting it out.

So as a mom to three kids we have had our share fo sickness. I always hate using things like Tylenol or motion because they have dyes and a lot of junky ingredients. I would do it as a last resort but I never felt good about it. I was thrilled when Genexa released these kids medicines that are free from not only the dyes, but also the other artificial crud too! These are non GMO and organic and guess what? Worked like a charm. We gave this to our almost 6 year old and within a couple of hours he was feeling so much better and his fever was reduced by about 2.5 degrees. Definitely worth the money as it's about the same as a bottle of children's Tylenol and with none of the junky trash that harms our kiddos.

First of all I love the cute simple packaging! I wanted to try something other than Tylenol that would not so many ingredients! I was excited to try this as it completely all natural. My kids love the taste and they usually don't like any flavored medicine. I feel good about giving them an all natural pain reliever that works and is not too expensive!
