Two stars for the product being natural. But my Children didn't like the taste. They said it tasted horrible. I couldn't even give them a full dose.

As a company, we are committed to being transparent with our customers. That being said, please know that not every ingredient in all of our products are natural or organic but what makes us different is unlike the other major OTC brands, we use no artificial fillers (no artificial dyes, colors, or preservatives, no gluten, lactose, or any other common allergens, no parabens, no titanium dioxide, and so on). We use the same effective medicines without any unnecessary artificial ingredients.
