I like that it's all natural ingredients. My daughter only used it once so far, but it worked for her fever pretty quickly. I will definitely keep trying these products from Genexa because they have seemed to work really well.

As a company, we are committed to being transparent with our customers. That being said, please know that not every ingredient in all of our products are natural or organic but what makes us different is unlike the other major OTC brands, we use no artificial fillers (no artificial dyes, colors, or preservatives, no gluten, lactose, or any other common allergens, no parabens, no titanium dioxide, and so on). We use the same effective medicines without any unnecessary artificial ingredients.

Great at reducing fever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that this product is dye free, however, my 10 year old grandson did not enjoy the taste. It did bring down his fever, which was the purpose of giving it to him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No different than Tylenol basically. Seemed to be the same effect for my kiddos fevers. I like the fact that it has natural ingredients though it costs a lot more than Tylenol.

Super easy to find. My little sister is picky about the taste of medicines, but not this one! Im really glad to have found a reliable medicine for little ones.

Thank you for the opportunity to try your amazing product. My kid kinda liked it, i wish you can tweak the flavor a bit because she's complaining about it lol. But overall as a parent i like the effectiveness of it.

I love the Genexa brand and the Kids Pain and Fever is one of my favorites. I love that it has no dyes or parabens and that my daughter likes the taste. I highly recommend this brand and all of their products!

I like that it is natural no additives or dyes all natural is more healthy for children.. My children deserve to be healthy and when they are sick I prefer natural products Definite Game Changer #trynatural #socialnature
