I picked up this product for my 10 year old grandson. He enjoyed the flavor of it. Seems to have done the trick for the purpose intended. He was running a little fever and it worked just fine.

Unfortunately this not only looked terrible but my 8 year old couldn't even take it because it tasted so bad. I can't say how it worked because of the fact he wouldn't even swallow it. #trynatural #gotitfree

My daughter is teething so this was a life saver to give her for some pain relief. It was fast acting and brought her fever down and we didn’t have to give too many doses to achieve success.

Genexa pain and fever reliever for kids works just as well as any name brand product. It's also a healthier product I believe, which is great. The flavor is right, too! Not a medicine flavor to it, it's a blueberry flavor!

My children actually didn’t hate the taste of this medicine. It worked really well and they liked the taste. Getting my children to take medicine is really hard, because the majority of it tastes terrible. It was a win!

I haven’t had occasion to use it yet, but I imagine I will soon (molars!). However, the ingredients seem good, I appreciate that it’s natural, and as a bonus the packaging is really cute.

The best fever reducer on the market in my opinion. Not only it did the job but the taste was amazing. My kids did not complain once that it tasted horribly. Guilt free medicine for sure.
