This product is truly wonderful! I have small children and used it to calm fevers. It worked quickly and effectively. Taste didn’t seem to be a factor when giving it to my children. We love this product line and have completely switched all of our medicines that we could to this brand!

Two of my children had difficulty swallowing and pain after having their tonsils and adenoids removed. I had a bottle of the Genexa, that I got for free and used the entire bottle between the 2 of them! They liked the cherry taste over the grape flavor some other brands offer. It worked fast end efficiently allowing them to get some nourishment while their throats healed. Excellent product and I highly recommend it.

Genexa pain relief medicine worked great for my son . After he got his shots we used it. And it helped him with the pain from his shots . He also was running a fever yesterday and we used genexa . The fever was gone within 1 hour . I am very pleased with this product.

As a parent, I love the idea of a clean version of kids pain and fever medication. As a parent of two kids, we never know when they will need this. And having a cleaner option - with less ingredients, no artificial colors or flavors, and no fillers - is always great. The cherry flavor is also particularly interesting. One of my kids was really excited about the flavor, he loves cherry. The other was not a huge fan, but he is not a huge fan of any medicine at all, so between having a cleaner version and a regular version, I would go with this one. Highly recommended. My child has never liked taking medicine because of the taste. This one is child approved! The taste did not bother her and i felt safe giving it to my child since there is all natural ingredients. I was also impressed how quickly the medicine responded to her fever.

I have children and grandchildren that are taking this for fevers and teething pain as well. It has been a life saver. Would love to try the whole line of products for infants and children. It's free of all the bad stuff and dyes and unnecessary chemicals that they add in medicines now a days.

I really love this product for my children usually it is hard to give them medicines when they are sick as they are very picky in and spit it out I've tried almost every pain reliever they have over the counter and this one they took like candy I would highly recommend this if you have a picky kid
