[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 separate children, on 2 separate occasions had to take this medicine for fever and/or pain from an injury. Both children took the medication without any complaints, meaning the taste was good!

This product worked great. My child said it even tasted "yummy, not nasty". I love the no artificial flavors or colors. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

This medicine is great. It has no artificial flavoring or dyes. I personally don’t like giving my son medicine but when they have a fever or bad headache I feel better giving them a more natural option. Great product!!

Used this with my four year old, he was not really a fan of the taste, however it seemed to work the same as our regular brand to bring his fever down. And I liked that it didn't have a lot of sugar or dyes.

I love that this product does not have any unnecessary high fructose corn syrup, dyes, and Red 40, all which terrible for kids. I will use this for all of my kids going forward.

My grandbaby had a fever and I gave her Kids' Pain & Fever by Genexa. She enjoyed the taste and it stopped the fever that she had. She doesn't usually like to take medicine.

I love the short, simple ingredients list. There was no artificial or chemically taste or smell, and it still had the same active ingredient acetaminophen as other pain releivers.
