Clean ingredients with no extra stuff. This is great and the only medicine I will ever buy for my kiddos. I'm not sure why other companies put so much harmful and unnecessary ingredients in their products.

The kids didn't care for the taste as they are accustomed to the added sugar medicines. But the efficacy of the medicine was good. I would probably buy more if it came in more flavors.
