In my opinion, Genexa is better alternative to other children's pain relief products that contain artificial dyes. Genexa contains the same active ingredients as other popular brands.

I like that this product is all natural but didn't notice a big difference in effectiveness to warrant switching brands. It also wasn't a convenient find at my local grocery store.
