Genexe worked as it was supposed to. The fever went down. The taste was not enjoyable though. My daughter had a hard time getting it down and I thought it was going to come back up.

This brand continues to impress me. Clean ingredients and effective, too. Other brands have added and unnecessary gunk, like dyes. This has organic agave sweetener and is easy to administer. Highly recommend.

I really liked the fact that this was all natural ingredients. It was easy for the children to take and they enjoyed the flavor. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Genexa pain & fever medicine worked wonders for our very cranky grandson. It was brilliant to have in the house and I will make sure we continue to have it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was ok. My son didn't mind taking it but I am not sure how effective it really was. We used it for pain and he never once indicated his knee didn't hurt. Iy may be better on fevers.

It's Tylenol, just a different brand. It works about the same as children's Tylenol. Make sure to understand this is not the 'infant' version of it. I did like that it wasn't that bright red color made artificially, so that was very nice.

This is such a good product. It is a great pain and fever reducer and actually works pretty fast. I was skeptical at using it first but I'm glad I did.
