There are not a lot of pain and fever medicine's out for younger kids. This is a great option and the fact that it's free from artificial inactive ingredients makes it even better.

I haven't needed to use this product yet, but I am glad to have a product like this available in the event my grandson gets a fever. He is getting a filling on Monday and I will most likely give him some before the appointment.
