[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not notice this helping with my son’s fever at all. I had to use products that we already had. I was Very excited about being able to try this but disappointed.

This stuff is amazing! My children loved the taste and it actually works which is awesome. It has clean ingredients and is reasonably priced. Love it!

This is an extremely simple and clean medicine and I really appreciate that it didn't have any extra dyes or unneeded ingredients. It worked just as expected and I'm glad to know that it was as simple as it could possibly be.
