This is hands down one of the best pain and fever reducers on the market today. It is clean no added dyes or extra stuff just what it’s needed to get the job done. Best of all it has taste that my child loves. Not one that has a very medicinal taste or a too sweet one either. It gets the job done and I don’t have to fight to get her to take it. It’s a win-win. They also make a great cough medicine but, that’s a review for another day.

This product did mot prove to be effective against my child’s fever. I tried it on 2 separate occasions. The flavor and texture was tolerated well. I have no complaints about that. I’m going to try this product another few times before deciding if I’ll use it regularly.

I was so excited to try this Genexa Kids’ Pain & Fever Medicine with my kiddos! I love the fact that it is naturally flavored with REAL blueberries and doesn't include any unneeded dyes, allergens, or parabens. My kids liked the flavor and it seemed to work really well. I will definitely be switching my kids over to this and purchasing this again in the future!

I am really grateful that I didn't need this for my daughter - but I did give it to my sister in law because my nephew was running a slight fever. She said it worked like a charm. My nephew was also complaining of aches and pains and the Genexa helped with that as well. I definitely will purchase a bottle or 2 to keep in the house in case we ever need it.

I struggle with getting my kid to take liquid medicine, this is one of the first times she has taken it and not immediately spit it out. Although she was still hesitant I will count it as a win. We are trying to move away from artificial dyes and flavorings so I am excited to find more products that lean into that. I received this product free wine n exchange for my honest review.

My child hasn't had to deal with too many illnesses this year, being at home so much, but when they do come, they hate taking medicine. My daughter got a cold this past week, but the medicine seemed to help, and she didn't mind the taste! I'll be looking for this in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter had a cold and fever with a headache. I gave her the recommended dose of the kids pain reliever and it worked wonderfully. Her headache and fever went down within about 30 minutes and she was able to sleep more comfortably. Great product!

After a few doses and cool water she was fine. It helped her sleep better. She didnt complain about the taste n didnt give me a hard time about the 2nd dose. She has peanut allergies and eczema, she didnt complain of any irritation .
