It is like the leading brand except with cleaner ingredients. I definitely recommend. My son recently had an ear infection and it definitely helped with the fever.

Happy to find natural alternatives that can be used when medicine is still needed. I rarely use antihistamines or acetaminophen but I like that I now have both active ingredients on hand without the other junk.

We used it for fevers. It worked well; however the baby hated the taste. It lasted about 5 hours before we had to re-administer more medicine. Overall a great product but nothing new or original.
