I tried this pain and fever by Geneva when my son wasn't feeling the greatest and running a fever. It seemed to help calm the fever down within the hour. It didn't taste half bad either.

My son was down with a cold snd had low grade fever snd some headaches, tried this with him and he actually liked the taste and it worked really well. There are no dyes or artificial flavors in it which is a plus!

Didn't smell strong. My child didn't make that distorted face of disgust when taking it, which it a plus. We only had to use it twice. So all in all its a great product.
