Gave it to my grand daughter for fever couple days ago. Too 3 doses but it took the fever away. She seems to like the taste. Recommended to my son for his children. Will definitely buy again

Just like the rest of Genexa products, the Kids’ Pain & Fever by Genexa is an awesome product and a great alternative to typical over the counter medicine that is filled with unnecessary ingredients. It works and my kids agree with it

Very pleased with the genexa brand, I didn’t fear giving this to my daughter since it is free of artificial flavors/dyes and ingredients. I do wish this can in chewable tabs.

this is a very good brand of Kids’ Pain & Fever Medicine. My kids love the blueberry flavor and I like the fact that ithas no dyes or parabens added.

This medicine worked really well for my kid who gets headaches. I was impressed with it overall. Love that it has real ingredients. Also love that it had blueberry flavoring as my daughter hates cherry flavor.

I LOVE this product. So did my three grand children. Will definitely buy again. I was worried that my youngest grand daughter wouldn't like the taste, but she seemed to enjoy it.

We bought the acetaminophen with our voucher and it did the job! Our kids went through and allergy faze and both had low grade fevers. The medicine did it’s job and had them both up, back to their normal selves on no time.

My daughter tried the Kids' Pain & Fever liquid. The liquid was very syrup-like and sweet tasting. I would have liked to try the tablet version but was unable to find it in the store.
