I wasn't aware there would still be dangerous "acetaminophen" in it. I thought it was all purely organic and natural, and there is NOTHING natural about acetaminophen. There are other ways to treat fever and pain. I do like that there are organic blueberries, but citrus extract is not listed as organic. And like that it's gmo-free, of course.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is now the only children's pain relief product I use. I love the natural ingredients and it works great. I always try to find medications that are dye free and don't have artificial sweeteners. This checks all the boxes.

I used this for my baby with his teething pain and it sure makes a difference for him on his really bad nights. I feel much better about giving him Genexa pain reliever over other products that are more common. I've used it once for my 4 year old and she enjoyed the blueberry flavor and it took the pain away after her shots.

Every time I have to give my kids a fever and pain medication which has artificial dyes, it pains me tremendously. Genexa to the rescue!! These worked just as well as any other over the counter medication but no artificial dyes and parabens! I was so happy and guilt free while administering these to my kids.

It’s been quite a year! Because of covid and distancing , staying home for school, my kids have not been sick for almost a year. But, when they go get sick I’m so glad they have the option of Genexa products to #trynatural. Better ingredients. Better for their tummies.

I have tried many of the Genexa products and they are all amazing. My kids do not mind taking these products when they are sick. This product helps relieve pain quickly and also reduces fever. The products are natural and not something I am concerned to give my kids.

My son got sick last night so we had the opportunity to try it and it worked awesome!! The flavor was so good, and his fever decreased faster than other brands we have tried before, so I totally recommend this brand and product and can't wait to try the other products this brand offers

An excellent pain and fever reducer for my kids. It is fast acting and my kids didn't have any problems taking it. I love that it has no dyes, common allergens or parabens and that it tastes great so the kids do not mind taking it. A great product to have on hand! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the smell. It was not off putting and didn't make it seem like was medicine. It has all natural ingredients as you can have for a medicinal agent. Since I have children of varying ages in my care I thought I would do a full spread of trials with it. It seemed to work quite well for the 3 and 5 year old, but my 17 year old needed something stronger. Outside of that I felt it was a good change to the normal who knows what's in this kind of medicine given to kids.
