I am Not sure how to rate a pain reliever but it seemed to do it’s job. My child liked the taste and did not fight taking it like most other medicines. It did not have that medicine smell either !

We used this product and couldn’t ha s been happier. We’ve other brands in past but never tried this one. My kids enjoyed the flavor, the product was very effective and moving forward we will continue with this brand.
