Worked very well. Taste was great according to daughter. I think the cost is a little more than children tylenol but over all it was a success in reducing temperature

I love that this pain reliever has natural ingredients . However , it wasn’t my daughters favorite . I tasted some of it and it had a sweet but small bitter taste .

Best clean ingredients for children. No nonsense artificial ingredients and safe for kids. I haven't tried yet but the instructions & label make me believe it is the safest in market.

My daughter got a fever over Christmas vacation and i gave her genexa pain and fever medicine works great brought my daughters fever down. Will be purchasing more when I run out.
