I used it just as a pain reliever for scraped knee. I haven't had to use it for fever yet so only as a pain reliever. My son took the medicine with no problem so the taste is good and seems to have taken pain away well also.

Didn't smell strong. My child didn't make that distorted face of disgust when taking it, which it a plus. We only had to use it twice. So all in all its a great product.
