They are just like the big pharma brand and use the same medicine, but don't have bad ingredients like talc. After trying this for my kids, I decided to try all of their products

This medicine is absolutely amazing. I used it for my 2 yr old because he had a really high fever and wasn't acting like himself. Within a 1/2 hr his fever was gone and he was back to normal like nothing happened
