[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very effective! I was surprised how well it worked, and the taste is not bad, no complaints at all when giving it to my kids. I am becoming a big fan of Genexa products now.

I love that this pain reliever has natural ingredients . However , it wasn’t my daughters favorite . I tasted some of it and it had a sweet but small bitter taste .

Excellent medicine safe for children to use that is over-the-counter! It works like other fever and pain medicines but is made without dyes or parabens and natural flavoring!

Completely horrible. Did not help my kids at all. I’ve seen this in store and so lucky I didn’t waste any money on it. Please do not only buy this if you’re at the store I had to go back and buy a REAL pain medicine for my child.

This product has been amazing for my child she's been teething but thanks to this product she has some relief I definitely will recommend this product to friends and family.

Worked well on my daughter, she didn’t care for the texture of it. Seemed to wear off a little earlier than the store brand version of it. But love to go natural when we can.
