Just like the rest of Genexa products, the Kids’ Pain & Fever by Genexa is an awesome product and a great alternative to typical over the counter medicine that is filled with unnecessary ingredients. It works and my kids agree with it

So glad you appreciate Genexa – we use the same effective medicine as the named brands, but without any of the unnecessary artificial stuff like dyes, flavorings, preservatives, and an assortment of other fillers with names that are hard to pronounce.

My son did not give me any issues taking this medication. He actually enjoyed the flavor to the point that he asked for more. They helped with his fever and he was more comfortable after giving him this pain and fever reliever.

Seemed to work really well I have always like Tylenol but thought I would try this and seemed to work just as well! I would definitely buy this in the future the taste wasn’t bad (just tasted a bit before giving it to baby) had a fruity flavor
