Has a great smell and taste. My daughter was running a fever from Florida's fluctuating temperatures and it did the trick without all the other added ingredients that you would normally find in a fever reducer.

The flavor was ok for my kid taste not as sweet as other kids medicine. I Like the nature aspects of it. It worked great for my kids resented head cold the fever went down in no time.

Works well compared to other brands. Daughters seemed to enjoy the flavor. We will try this brand again. Recommend to all my friends and family often.
