Bought this and the pod function of it stopped working out of nowhere and I can't even get someone to help out. I would need to buy the machine again. It's crazy and so frustrating

Not a fan, always have coffee grinds from pods in my coffee. I Have followed the instructions to clean it out and part is still good but still the same with a cup full of coffee grinds. Also, coffee is not S piping hot as my keurig made my coffee.

Like many others it was great until it wasn't. Was saying clean. Cleaned several times and all it does is spit water and shut off half way through. For something to cost so much it should last a lot longer. Or longer warranty.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband and he was afraid of it at first, but after the first week he said it was the best coffee maker he's ever had! I love the frother and look forward to my morning "specialty" coffees! Win win 😆

Love this dual brew pro speciality coffee system! It's so great that it is compatible with k cup pods. Makes my mornings so much easier! Love it so much

So far, love it. Have an older version at home but got this one for the office. Easy to set up and use. Wish it had the filter with it like the older version had when I bought it.

Had this for 3-4 years and it's great quality. Versatile for tea and coffee lovers and also has abiltity to do pods, individual, or carafe. Great taste, easy to maintain

The coffee machine works fine but the k cup attachment stopped working. It will not change to the pod automatically and I can't get it to work. We have cleaned it, wiped it out but nothing helped.

LOVE this machine. Very efficient and easy to clean. Brewing is quick, and tastes great! We also use the water feature frequently for hot chocolate and tea. Highly recommend!

I've had it a couple weeks now and it's fabulous! This machine really does make better coffee. I'm using the same kind of coffee as I did with my normal coffee maker and it just tastes so much smoother. It literally replaced 3 machines.
