Changing from kcup to reg is a little bit of a pain till you get use to it. But other than that I love it, the best coffee, love the options of ounces.

Great product as usual with ninja brand. We traded this for a keurig that was a year old and having issues with reading the barcode on the k-cups. Will not return to keurig since having this. So easy to use and quieter too.

Many options for a cup of coffee makes the brewer a winner. We were a died in the wool Keurig users for years. Final the Keurig quit working so we decided to give the Ninja a try. Guess this is our new favorite coffee station until it quits brewing.

A little disappointed. I wanted this as soon as I saw it. Looks nice, doesn't fill pot/cup. Messy if using k kup. Difficult to change from single cup to pot. Don't really like it.

Throw your Keurig's away. This machine blows them away. Very fast and easy to use once you get past the initial intimidation of all the buttons. We love it!!!!!

I was getting discouraged with the past coffee makers I have had. They don't seem to last and the coffee is not as hot. There are so many extra features on the Ninja. Love it!

I bought this in December and love it. This is my second Ninja Specialty coffee system. I bought this one for the pod feature. Once again Ninja has made an outstanding product. I like how you can change where the water tank goes to save space.

I love everything about this coffee maker. My husband loves how fast it is and that he can still use his k-cups and I can brew my specialty coffee and the frother is the best feather to me. No more Starbucks, this will pay for itself. lol

This machine is fantastic! It has a separate line for hot or boiling water so there is no coffee taste in my tea. Love that! It also has an option for kcups. Really happy with this brewing system!
