We have now done many loads in this washer and I am AMAZED. The capacity is fantastic (huge space) and I like the deep fill and presoak feature to really get clothes soaked and fully washed. My front loader could never clean like this. Highly recommend this product. My work out clothes finally come out clean and fresh. Pet hair catchers in the drum work and I clean them out after every couple of loads. Pet blankets are cleaned and smell good with one wash,

Let me start out by saying I got this set at a very good price during a 4th of July sale, it seems to have doubled since then. Had I paid the current price it would be going back. The washing machine itself is pretty nice and I like the features, I don't know if the Pet Care function is really working, we have a dog but I've never seen any hair trapped in the hair traps, I have however found some large pieces of lint stuck in them. The reason I'm only giving this combo 3 stars is because the dryer for this set is a piece of junk. Literally the only way I can dry anything is used Time Dry. None of the other settings that sense how wet the clothes work work well. For instance just tonight I tried to dry 3 towels. I ran it on normal, the dryer ran for about 15 minutes and the towels were all still damp. One other note, this set does not seem to come with the steam attachment kit for the dryer. No where does it state that even though Samsung offers free setup/install. After calling them and the delivery company multiple times someone finally came out to install it, but from what I was told that typically is not included. Why is Samsung selling a Steam dryer and not including the parts needed to get the steam working. Its literally a Y connector an a extra hose to get water to the dryer.

The filters inside the drum catch so much debris from clothing -- both gross and amazing. My only complaint is that I wish the finish was scratch resistant because I love this color!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Do not buy this washer. Terrible design. We cannot even wash clothes due to constantly out of balance. We have had it maybe a year. I don’t even want to pay to fix it I just will have to break down and replace so I do not have to deal with this anymore

We had a front load for the past 8 years and regretted going that route. Top loads are so much better AND LG is top of the line (IMO). The Pet Care traps (inside the tub) really do capture all the pet fur you don't know is on your clothes!

I had to get a stool though cause I'm not able to reach all the way to the bottom (I'm 5'4) to get those pesky socks LOL. Love the pet hair collector as it works wonderfully. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the new Samsung washer and dryer set for a few weeks and I can confidently say, this is by far, the best washer and dryer we have ever owned. We still have a lot to learn since they are capable of so much more than one could ever dream of. The washer comes with 12 pre-set wash cycles and the ability to connect to the Smart Things app allowing additional wash cycles to be sent directly to the machine. The first thing I noticed and absolutely fell in love with, was that I could wash one load in the new washer, which would have taken me three loads in our old washer. The second feature I love is the active water jet feature available to pre-treat laundry. This new washer has a soft closing lid so it doesn't slam and has a self-cleaning mode, too. We have two dogs and I can’t say that this is the first time a washer has been able to fully remove all dog hair from all laundry being washed and dried. I love the Pet Care Wash Cycle that creates dynamic water currents that loosen pet hair and traps it in dual pet hair filters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying how much I absolutely love this washer! It is huge and cleans really well! I can wash so much more at a time with Samsung's 7150 series. I haven't figured all of the features out yet but from what I have used, I've loved. There aren't many videos on YouTube about how it works or how to empty out the filters in the washer but I have read through the manual and it's been very helpful. The washer has a touch screen instead of buttons, which is different from my last one but it works well. The washer is so customizable because you can choose how many times it rinses, the soil level, and deep fill, you can even use the water jet to retreat clothing items that need a little extra care. This feature is really important to me because we unfortunately do not have a sink in our washroom. I believe my favorite feature about this washer so far is the smart care app which allows you to start, stop, and customize your wash experience to get the best wash possible. I have noticed that even with my husky who seems to be shedding like crazy right now, my clothes go in covered in dog hair and come out with little to none on it! It is the best thing ever! We love this washer and look forward to doing laundry now because it's so easy and fun to do. Even the kids want to do laundry, which is crazy, especially coming from our teenager! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very excited with this new washer and dryer set, my favorite part is the pet hair catcher inbuilt into the washer as it does a great job and is very easy to empty and clean. The dryer doesn’t dry as fast as I would like, but it still gets the job done. The lint compartment on this is really nifty too because it holds everything in the bottom section of the filter and has a little compartment for you to empty out. I love how customizable the wash and dry settings are, so I can easily change to what I need for any specific wash. I usually use the normal cycle with a cool wash and it does an amazing job. My clothes feel very clean and have none of that leftover soap feeling that I had with my old washer. I enjoyed everything so far, but if I had any criticism to offer it would be that the washer drum is super deep, which in turn makes it difficult to get clothes out, especially if you’re short. I still have trouble getting the last few clothes out even with a step stool. I would also like to see more features in the app, as I don’t really use it for much besides the cycle finish notifications. But these are just small things to nitpick on and I’m overall extremely happy with it so far, and we’ve definitely gave it a good workout in the first few days.

I purchased the washer and drier set in May. I quickly found I cannot wash anything on any setting other than “Deep wash”. If I chose any other setting whatever I am washing does not even get fully wet. Whatever water sensor does not put enough water in the tub to soak the load.
