I purchased this washer after having my previous Samsung washer for over 10 years with zero issues, so I expected similar reliability. Unfortunately, this has been a huge disappointment—I would give it negative stars if I could.

One of the main reasons I chose this model was its large capacity, specifically to wash blankets and comforters. However, it cannot handle them at all. The load becomes unbalanced, and the machine repeatedly fills with water and attempts to spin without success until I manually stop it and redistribute everything.

To make matters worse, the lid frequently locks and won’t open, forcing me to reset the washer. Even the self-clean cycle has failed—it throws a 4C error code, fills with water, stops mid-cycle, and locks the door again.

I’ve only owned this washer for a little over a year, and I’m already ready to replace it. I would not recommend this product—save your time and money.

Worst washer EVER!
