While I wish the wash cycle would run faster, it does it's job and I can't complain. Black pants come out clean and furless and those huskies can only stare as their messy work is erased.

There's two of these units.If you turn it on pet cycle, it spins it up so the water and soap of the cycles goes through these filters, collecting the fur. You can open these later. Scrape the insides and throw away big wads of hair great if you have pets. The capacity with the pet filter definitely allows for large blankets to be put in there. The design without the large agitator in the center provides even more space. I take towels and rags from the garage toss them in and they come out clean with just everyday soap

The drum is big enough to wash all of our bedding. I am also able to start my cycle from my phone. Would definitely purchase!

We have pets that sleep in the bed with us so my wife is always washing the bedding weekly and the comforter every month or so. We couldn't get the comforter clean in our old machine but this one has plenty of room to get the job done. It also means less washes with our clothing so saves us money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The performance of the machines are working fantastic haven't used the pet care solution yet but overall performances of both have been working great and look forward to using pet care solution next weekend 😀 I give this a double thumbs 👍 👍 The Technology on these are pretty amazing haven't used yet husband out of town again but look forward to trying it out.The cycles are great to choose from switch on different loads sizes & colors.The capacity is great but need to use small 6" step stool vertically challenged unfortunately but not a problem.The different optional features are great to have.As my husband says CHIOCES CHOICES CHOICES I have plenty.

I definitely miss having the soap fill area in front, since my cupboards are above the washer, the interior soap dish is rather problematic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new Samsung washer and dryer for about 2 months now and I love them both. Very efficient and quiet which is great while working from home. It's great to be able to set modes and timers from my phone as well. Wished I'd purchased sooner.
