This steam mop works better than my tank steam mop. Love the 3 settings and it is light. Definitely works for me and I have seven little dogs.

I used this machine for the first time on ceramic tiles. It was easy to use and did a very nice job on the tiles. I was very pleased.

I just got this product and it leaves tons of water on the floor which then dries and leaves streaks. Not sure if anyone else has this issue.
