It is very easy to set up and use. Works great...removes dirt. No chemicals and floor feels sterile!

Cleans great, but leaves laminated floors looking dull. I guess that's to be expected when using steam. I like the steam power settings.

I use this mainly for my kitchen floor. It got a lot of the deep embedded dirt in my tile. The tile is quite porous and this really did the job.

I just got this product and it leaves tons of water on the floor which then dries and leaves streaks. Not sure if anyone else has this issue.

Use on my hardwood floors, removable water tank, heats up fast, light weight and works great! I love my Bissell.
