Mama sez she likes it! We have tile floors in 4 rooms and it cleans better than Swiffer wet. Can't beat that!

why do i have to reprogram machine and wait for it to warm each time i change outlets its just a matter of seconds

Cleans well, lightweight, easy to push and pull. Does not bunch up like some reviews claimed, wish I had bought one sooner.

It works great, but one flaw, the mop part when you use it to much the pad does not fit anymore and you have to order a new one each time...

This is an easy to use alternative to mop and bucket. I will clean the kitchen floor more frequently because it is not such a dreadful experience!

I have had 2 they have both stopped steaming not clogged follow all the instructions. . Dont waste your money on this garbage.

Did very nice job on my floors. The Steam Mop is easy to assemble and use. Heats up quickly. Couldn't ask for a better cleaning machine.
