I have had this mop for a little over a year and my mom has always asked to borrow it. I purchased one for her and she is thrilled by how easy it is to use and how clean it gets her tile and hard wood floors. Would recommend to anyone looking for something to get their floors cleaner with less of a hassle!

I have a multiple pet household. I use this daily between deep cleaning floors to keep them fresh. I like this a lot. Definitely do NOT use tap water as that will clog up the machine.

I received my mop in March 2015. It has been working great and is easy to use but this week it has started dripping water and making noises. The steam is not working properly either. Was hoping this would last longer than it did.

Tile floors - impossible to clean with a standard mop. This little machine is amazing. Tiles didn't look that dirty until we steamed one - looks literally like new. Works fast, easy to fill, steams quickly and so easy to use. It's actually fun!

I've head it for 1 year. Now it just won't steam. i've tried all I could think off, removed the tank fill it put it back, detach the lower unit, put it back. Nothing.. I loved it when it was working.

I own several Bissell products and this one continues to impress me. It cleans very well and so light & easy to use. Love the way it swivels into every corner and under kitchen cabinets. A++++

Absolutely love this steam mop. It is high powered and easy to mop. Don't have to work hard to get a clean floor. For the price you are getting your monies worth! But just an FYI! The scented water is not worth the money.

Having eleven dogs my ceramic floors always need cleaning. This steam mop is quiet, quick and does a wonderful job. I know my floors are clean that is until a dog comes in with wet feet and leave paw prints. lol

This is my second steam mop it took over three years to wear out the first one. I use it on our kitchen dining room floors over 350 square feet of space and it makes it easy to keep clean.

We loved this vacuum cleaner from the first use. It is easy to use and no more bending, pulling or pushing. The Fabreze filter is also a sweet smelling option. I actually enjoy using it!
