I truly love my new steam mop! This is the first one I have ever had and I wonder why I have waited so long. My floors are so shiny clean and feel wonderful on bare feet! No more dragging out the mop bucket and wringing out the mop. It's wonderful and saves so much time and effort!

I already like Bissell, so when I wanted to get a steam mop, it was my go to place. I checked prices at the regular locations for similar mops, but Bissell was the best with pricing and what I was looking for. After using the steam mop, I'm an even bigger fan! It's easy to use and my house feels even cleaner to me. I used it on the ceramic tile (medium setting) and on my hardwood floor (light setting) and was impressed by the results. Thank you, Bissell!!

I used it for the first time and was very impressed. I like the light tells me it I ready. The feature to be able to control the amount of steam is awesome. I couldn't believe how well it cleaned and was very easy to use. I am looking forward to it preforming as well with each use.

I mopped floors regularly thought my floors were cleaned Bought Bissell mop for ease to make workload lighter And Bissell steam mop made my life easier plus it really cleaned. Floors much cleaner and much easier & faster Bissell steam mop, where have you been all these years?

I have Shark for years.I hated it because it don't clean the dirt in my floor.It took me a while to finally try Bisell.I am glad I did!!! So easy to use it cleans my hardwood floor and dries pretty quick.I have 2 young kids and 2 dogs that go outside all the time.This is perfect and can even use it on my carpet.So awesome! I am inlove!!!

I have a small house cleaning business and I LOVE this steam mop!! before i bought the specific floor soulitions, using just steam myself and my clients were totally amazed at the amount of dirt that would come up even if we moped using something else before hand! Now with the solutions I feel i does even better! I would recommened this to anyone!! Def worth the money!!

This product does a great job beautiful floors everything is fantastic my entire house is vinyl floors but it only does a great job if someone else is using it. I have problems in my back and shoulders and hands. I cannot push the handle, with the floor mop back and forth which is needed there is too much resistance with the Steam wet pads please let me know if I should be some doing something else to ease this problem or I'm going to have to send it back

My in laws bought three (per them, it's Bissell, the best); however, all three lasted the same amount of time, about six months. Your steamer is incapable of steaming twice a week and only go the distance from f six months or less. The cost of the steamer is not what I consider to be a disposable kitchen cleaning item. It really sucks Bissell. Shame on you.

I did purchased a second Power Fresh steam mop in case this one quits. It is the best steam mop I have ever used. My floors are totally clean when I am finished mopping. I did find if you have smooth tile which we added to the master bath, it will streak. If you have textured tile which I have all over the bottom floor of our home it does not streak. I highly recommend this steam mop. The Shark I had before was not nearly as good as this one. When you take the cloth off the bottom of this cleaner it is so hot. I know my floors are getting a good cleaning. Maureen B.

I bought a new one I've had this one less than a year. Leaking nothing is cracked all seals in place. Went through troubleshooting nothing worked.
