The steam Mop is just what I wanted. It cleans better than I thought it would. The regular mop pad does an excelent job. But the scrubber mop pad is worthless as I tried it on linolium floor. The pad wouldn't slide on the floor at all. Every time I pushed foward the pad would just rollup and come off. I threw both of them in the trash. How can I get two of the plane pads which work perfectly?

When I bought this, I was a little skeptical about it, but it far exceeded my expectations! It is very fast and very easy to use. The floors shine after using, and if you use the "smelly" stuff your house smells great! I really like using the fragrance discs. And it can also convert to a carpet cleaner too, so that's a plus in my eyes.

I dislike, no hate, to mop floors. My back would hurt, etc. This mop is so easy and lightweight that I do not mind this chore so much now. The floors truly are cleaner. I have tile and laminate. I lightly spray wood floor cleaner on the laminate as I glide the mop. This leaves the floor shiny with no streaks. My grout areas on the tile still need work, but I must admit this dirt was built up over time. I hope it is ok to put grout cleaner and then mop. Maybe I will need to replace the mop head more often, but I think it is worth it. I have seven cats, and the washable mop head is fantastic at grabbing the fur. I am now a Bissell fan!

I love the steam mop. It does a great job at cleaning without any chemicals. I use it once every two weeks and after a couple of months, it is now leaking water. I wish this could be fixed because I cant use it anymore. Especially since I had already stocked up on extras available on this website. :( Good luck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best features is the swivel function. I can easily twist the handle to fit in almost every area in the house, even the bathroom. It works well on our Saltillo tile floors, making them feel super smooth after mopping. I use it about once a week and would definitely recommend it!

I was surprised at how clean the floor was after using the steam mop but was shocked that I hadn't noticed before. I was surprised at how easy it was to use and lightweight, this is very important for me. I have already recommended the Bissell to my family members.

I had my doubts.I hardwood floors in all but bathrooms. I love how it cleans,hardwood in kitchen can be challenging ,but my steam mop really surprised me,did a great job and so light and easy to handle. Loved that all I had to change was the mop head to go from wood to tile.GIVE IT A TRY, well worth it .Makes cleaning so easy.

I have had this mop for at least 4 years. I can't remember exactly when I bought it. It has been used on all of the floors in my house (hardwood and tile). It does a wonderful job of cleaning and is easy to maneuver. I bought the mop for ease of movement since I have severe back problems. If mine broke, I would buy another one. The only thing I don't like is that the microfiber pads stain and do not come white when washed. The ones I have are not worn out, but they look so bad that I am reordering. I wish disposable pads were available. I guess I can't really complain since I have been using the pads for years.

Oh thank goodness for the POWERFRESH. I am so thrilled with this "next generation" I had the original and then the one that came after that, the wider one.but this time Bissell you really came up with the PERFECT STEAM MOP!!! First the Fragrance Discs, they smell so fresh and clean, secondly, even though I was a fan of your other steam mops, the old versions left streaks...this one does not! I get so excited over great cleaning products and Bissell you make me HAPPY!!!!

I am happy to be writing this review because this steam mop has made my life so much easier. In the past, I have used one of those mops that you squirt the cleaner on the floor and it uses disposable pads. It was expensive to use and I did not feel it was that thorough in its cleaning - to say nothing of the chemicals I was using on our floors. With the PowerFresh mop, it is easy to use, economical to use, and does a great job cleaning. I purchased a couple extra mop pads and simply throw them in the washer and they are ready to use the next time I mop the floor. I use this on tile, laminate, and linoleum and floors dry quickly and FEEL clean. Very glad I purchased!!
