While visiting our daughter over the Christmas Holidays she showed me this new steamer she'd recently purchased for her newly installed tile flooring. She highly recommended I purchase one as our entire house is tiled except for bedrooms. I followed her "lead" and WOW! Thanks to our daughter --- I truly feel that my floors are getting a very fine cleaning!

I am a huge fan of Bissell and our family owns more than a dozen of their vacuums and now steam mops. My SHARK fell apart after 5 years of regular use and when comparing price and quality I decided to go with Bissell. It was most definitely the right choice. Overall easy to assemble, clear user instructions for assembly and use in the box, as well as on-line, ready to use in less than 5 min. I really like that you have the option to choose how much steam it outputs, as well as option to turn it off instead of having to unplug it like my old SHARK. This is a quality cleaning tool, well engineered, well manufactured, effective steam cleaning, long cord so you're not constantly switching outlets, large swivel head which makes it easy to navigate everywhere and just the right weight so it feels sturdy but not heavy. Will definitely buy a second one for our vacation home.

I bought my steamer vac 1/14/16. I loved it. It did a great job, until now. The steamer part has stopped working. I did the trouble shooting ideas, but did not work. I am very frustrated with it. It says to not return it to the store, but to the company. That would probably cost as much as I paid for it. As I said, it is wonderful as long as it works. I didn't expect to last a long time but I expected it to last more than 4 months.

bought the steam mop and two extra mop pads about three weeks ago. I've been using it religiously at least 2x a day. The 90 lb dog with huge paws, leaves prints all over the house. With the mop, his paw prints vanish on both the laminate and tile flooring. I've owned three different well known brands of steam mops. All have quite working for me within two years. Hopefully this one will last. Plus: variable steam output, large mop head, two types of mop pads to choose from, long cord. Just wish the mop had an off button and an easier way to lift off the water receptacle and some type of water proof pad for the mop to sit on when not in use.

I've always hated how hard it was to clean my hardwood floors. Really backbreaking work! Not anymore, now that I have this Bissell steam mop. It saves me so much time and I find that I clean my floors more often. The steam mop is kinda fun to use! I also use it on my area rugs - works great! I tell everyone to get it - it's a real game changer! Thanks Bissel :)

My daughter had been using this steam mop for about 6 months and let me borrow it for a test drive. I was on the website ordering my own that night!. I do not have pets or carpeting. I have 1,200 sq ft of laminated wood floors and grouted tile in bathroom and large family room. With 6 grandkids, keeping my floors clean with time efficiency and ease was important. Note, that you need to sweep all floors before using the steam mop for the best result. I have been using this product for 6 months now. It took 3-4 steam mopping's to get the layers of film & dirt that had been left behind by prior cleaning solutions. What I love: cost efficient, ease of operation, light "stick", washable mop heads, quick drying, no film or smudging. I would recommend moving more slowly in areas that you have grouted tile. Best brand and product out there at this time!

Own a small housecleaning business and I love this steam mop!! First time I used it I was amazed at what it picked up! And I had used the swifter wet jet just before to try to clean it beforehand! Now we just sweep or vacuum well and stem mop away! Its much more sanitary and definitely cleans better then anything else I've used

I love this steam mop, at first it made a little noise while warming which I read is normal. once it was heated and I started mopping the steam thoroughly cleaned my high shine ceramic floor, Used 1/2 of a scent pad with it and it smelled so fresh. It left no streaks or film like the Wet Jet leaves. You don't see a steam cloud around the mop, but you see the clean floor once your done.. Washed the pad normally and it came out clean. the only complaint I have with this is the difficulty removing the water container. I have medium length nails and was very difficult to slide the water container out without breaking my nails. I think that aspect should be improved by bissell by either adding a button to release it or a better gripping surface. Overall, I'm thrilled with the results on my ceramic floor and my hardwood floor as well.

Lightweight easy to operate but does a superb job at cleaning! I had a Shark Steam Cleaner but this one out-performed it handily. Wish I had a video of the floors before cleaning and one to show how much better they look after using the Bissell. You have Consumer Reports to thank for my purchasing this brand...and I am happy I did.

I bought based on recommendation from a friend on FB. So easy to assemble and does a great job, just with hot steamed water! Simple to use, easily maneuverable in corners and around furniture, pad is easy to put on/off. Love the scented disc. Using just half so far. Great fresh smell in my kitchen and bathroom. Plan to use on dining room wood floor next. The water container is easy to remove and insert. Great product!!!
