It's terrible. I'm returning it. My white tile floors don't look any cleaner. It requires a lot of vacuuming/sweeping first and if there's anything still on the floor it just pushes it around.

Steam mops work best on floors that have been cleared of loose debris, but if you’re still seeing residue, it may help to use the scrubby pad for tougher spots and ensure the mop is fully heated before cleaning. I assembled it but can't get it to work when I turn the steam button on high it makes the power noise and it gets hot but not getting no water or steam on pad
