I can tell a difference in my sleep. I do have to go to bed or at least take them before my bedtime. The only problem that I have, is that the size of the pills are a little hard for me to swallow. I don't notice big changes, but it has helped with my sleep.

I’ve been alternating this magnesium glycinate with regular magnesium to cover all my body’s magnesium needs. I’m so glad this is available as this isn’t a common magnesium form easy to find but it is essential.

The pills are kind of large. But I’m only taking for a couple weeks and I can’t really seem to say that I feel a difference in myself. Maybe it works differently for anybody else. But it’s probably not something I would buy again.

A doctor suggested magnesium to help with relaxation at bedtime. The pill size is good and they are easy to swallow. I’ve been taking these for about a week and have had no adverse effects. The bottle is easy to open although it is not child proof.

I had read online that magnnesium bone and heart health. I have RA and thought might help with inflammation. After taking these for awhile now feeling great. Will know more after blood test if helped lower sugar. Only complaint the pills are huge!!!

A good pill that is easily taken. I also seem to provide exactly what I am looking for when taking this type of supplement. When taken it r eally seems to provide the same as a much more expensive brand that i have take.

I started taking this and I’m starting to see somewhat of a difference just in my mood, especially with me going to the gym as often as five days a week!! It especially helps trying to go to bed on a regular routine

I have not taken any other magnesium supplements, so I have nothing to compare it to. I have noticed no changes in my overall health or well-being. I’m not sure if it is a case where I was not magnesium deficient or if the product does not work.

What I like about this product is that the pills go down smooth and easily digest I don’t have an app to taste nor do I have indigestion as I take pill. Don’t like it relax and I’m asleep at night something my friends
