I definitely love the results I have been getting since I started taking this supplement every night; this gives me a restful and deeper sleep without feeling tired in the morning. The size of the pills is a little big, but taking them one at the time with some water makes it easier to swallow I have been looking to buy some more but sadly I can't find it, nor online or at the club; so I just hope they resolve any distribution problem or whatever it's happening as soon as possible.

This supplement is amazing! I've had horrible insomnia my entire life! This has been a game-changer! I've tried many forms of magnesium and even taken a more expensive product that had these two ingredients plus a bunch of others, and this works better. It's been out of stock for a while but please Sam's bring it back! Do not get rid of this, it's too amazing! They gag me, because they're hard, large pills. I'd prefer an easier to swallow capsule.

I have always taken this, but switching to the members mark brand didn't miss a beat. The tablets are smaller than the other brand I had which is nice. They don't leave a gross taste in your mouth. Works as described.

If you have been taking Nature Made MG 200mg to help with sleep you may be disappointed as these do not give the same effects. Compare the ingredients list between the two, that may be the key.

Please bring these back. They have made a measurable difference in my blood pressure. The theanine allows me to drink coffee without getting jitters. These are an essential part of my day and I'm about to run out.

I started taking the Member's Mark Magnesium Glycinate one week ago with no expectation. I sleep poorly and have tried many products with no results.  After taking this for a few days, I can tell a difference!   I now sleep peacefully and my mind is quieter at night.  Only downside is wish pill was smaller for easy to swallow. Haven’t had any side effects from this brand.  And as a bonus it has helped my indigestion.  Effectiveness is satisfaction for me!

I started taking these for bone health. Member’s Mark Magnesium Glycinate tablets come in a 90 day supply bottle which is convenient. In my opinion, the Magnesium Glycinate tablets are coated which makes them easy to swallow despite they are a large size (photo for comparison). Also, they do not have a bitter aftertaste as some supplement tablets do.
