In addition when reading up on this supplement I read that it may help some people who deal with IBD. I have a form of colitis and I am surprised to see that my symptoms have improved since taking this supplement.

I have been taking this for 3 weeks. I can tell a difference in my sleep and stress level but it is not an extreme difference. I do hope it is helping strengthen bones as I am getting older. I will keep taking these for better sleep. The pills are large and harder to swallow if you have issues with that.

Great product for an even better price point. I was just recently told to up my magnesium due to family heart issues. This product fits the bill. The only issue I have with it, is the size of the pills. I swear they are horse pills! lol I know most vitamins tend to be larger, so I must break this one in half to swallow. Other than that-I love them so far.

These tablets are large but nicely coating so appreciate not having that chalky taste when trying to swallow. I also never had an aftertaste after taking. I appreciate the tablet having a split in the middle so if you need to divide it, that can easily be done. Overall, no complaints and seems like a good product. Its hard to tell if its doing anything but I feel good and overall feel like taking suppliements cannot hurt. I find Member's Mark products in general to be quality so I'm happy with the product.

I have never tried this type of magnesium in the past. I've used other kinds and they always caused stomach issues as a side effect. This one did not. Since taking it I also feel like I am sleeping better throughout the night. Only reason I took away a star is because I personally rather gel pills vs solid ones.

I received this product as part of the star review club. As a person you suffers from both bad knees and nerve damage, I was excited to try this pill. When I first opened the bottle, I was disappointed that it was a rather large pill and requires you to take two a day. I’m not much of a pill taker but I grabbed a Gatorade and they both went down smoothly. After 3 weeks of trying this pill, I feel better getting out of bed, can accomplish more during the day and can fall asleep better. All in all, despite the size of the pills, I think I will continue to take them due to the benefits recieved.

I started taking these magnesium glycinate pills about 3 weeks ago. I have been struggling with getting a good nights sleep for a while but since taking these, I’ve already noticed that I’m sleeping better! As a bonus, they are also good for heart health and bone health and to help relieve anxiety.

I had anxiety and it caused my hands to shake, especially when it was time to get up. I started taking the magnesium glycinate with L-theanine and it took a few weels to start seeint improvement, but now the shaking has gone away and I feel much better. I word of warning, though, I later tried a sleep product that also had magnesium and I had diarrhea for about a week until I figured out that I was taking too much magnesium, so I got rid of the sleep aide and now I take one of the magnesium and everything is great
