Great for muscles. My Dr recommended for joint and muscle pain. Does help with that. Only issue is the size of the pills. They are what I considered to be medium size vitamins. They aren’t huge but they arent small. Can get them down two at a time with plenty of water.

I started taking this Magnesium when I received it but it really takes time to feel and difference after starting something new. I know magnesium is good for you I was already taking a different one, but there are several types of magnesium and I’m sure this one will be a good addition to my vitamins and minerals that I’m taking.

They work okay, but they’re so hard to get down. A serving size is 2, and they’re HUGE. I’d choose a different brand if I could go back.

I like to take it about an hour before bedtime to help me get relaxed and tired for a good nights sleep.

Good product. True to size on the bottle. The serving size is two a day which is manageable I wouldn’t take both at once since they are on the larger size. Ninety day supply with no bad aftertaste or smell.

Easy to swallow magnesium tablets, that are also easy on your stomach. The shape of the tablet makes it easier to swallow than other bigger pills I have tried. Getting the right magnesium dosage has never been easier! The price is right too!

These give me the dose of both nighttime calming/sleep aids (magnesium glycinate and l theanine) that my doctors have recommended I take in one, affordable pill. (Although each dose is 2 pills). The size of the pills don't bother me, but I also don't have a gag reflex, so I can understand how these would be difficult for most people to swallow due to the size and chalky texture. I will deduct one star for this, as it has greatly impacted the usability and safety of this product for a lot of other reviewers. I hope they bring these back or another pill form, as I see there is a power available and I just don't do powders. For now I've switched to another brand because these are suddenly unavailable.
