I had anxiety and it caused my hands to shake, especially when it was time to get up. I started taking the magnesium glycinate with L-theanine and it took a few weels to start seeint improvement, but now the shaking has gone away and I feel much better. I word of warning, though, I later tried a sleep product that also had magnesium and I had diarrhea for about a week until I figured out that I was taking too much magnesium, so I got rid of the sleep aide and now I take one of the magnesium and everything is great

These magnesium tablets are high quality. I am pleased that I have a large bottle, so that I don’t have to run back and forth to the store for this product. As with all sams products, the size and quality of top notch. Hopefully we will see and feel the benefits of daily magnesium use soon!

I have been taking these for almost six months. They are a vital part of my nightly supplementation routine. They help me sleep better and the added L-Theanine is a bonus. I can absolutely tell a difference when I don't have my magnesium. I am prone to leg cramps when I'm dehydrated and these keep that from happening. Overall, I enjoy taking these a lot.

absolutely love these tablets. They helped quiet my mind at night and gave me the best, deepest sleep I’ve had in years. I honestly didn’t realize how much they were helping until they disappeared. I’m really upset because it seems like they’re discontinued or impossible to find and nothing else comes close. Please, please bring these back. I’ve checked everywhere and even contacted customer service and still can’t get a clear answer. They made such a huge difference in my nightly routine and sleep quality. I truly miss them and would stock up in a heartbeat if they returned.

This supplement is excellent and covers a wide variety of health improvements, since magnesium is a vital mineral for our body. The capsules are not dyed which is a plus and doe not expose you to unnecessary artificial colors.

I am using this supplement to help with sleep and stress. So far I think it’s doing a great job. I take two everyday. It is very gentle on my stomach which I appreciate. The pills are a little big but I never have a problem swallowing one at a time.

This bottle of magnesium glycinate is the ticket to great sleep. The pills are a little large, and not the usual gel caps I prefer-but they still work well. Members Mark brand is comparable to bar brands.

I've been taking these for about a week and I can't say I've noticed much of a difference. Since magnesium is supposed to help with sleep, I've been taking them before bedtime. I'll keep taking them though and see if I notice more of a difference. The size of the pills can be difficult to swallow at times, but you can also break them in half if that makes it easier.

Was recommended to take mag glycinate tabs by my physician and have been overwhelmed by the number of products and cost variation out there. Most mag glycinate tabs are so large they are difficult to swallow - these are on the larger side (see photo for size comparison to 2 other brands I've used) but they aren't as bad as others I've tried and as a plus they are scored for easy breaking to help if needed. I would like to see MM submit more of there products, including this one, for independent testing through USP or NSF as this is added credibility. All in all, a decent option that is affordable for a supplement that is having price hikes elsewhere due to the hype.
