Only reviewing the packaging here as it will take a while to tell how they work internally. Packaging was nice and simple to read. Pills were a little large but coated for easy swallowing. I hope these work the way they say they do!

I had never heard of this before until I requested it. I am not certain how to review this, because the product makes a LOT of claims. I can tell you that I am sleeping better, but that is about all I can really say. The directions say to take two (2) tablets, but these things are HUGE! As you can see in the picture, they are nearly one inch long! I can only take them one at a time. Maybe it's working, but I'm just not really sure.

I've been using this supplement for about 3 weeks and can already tell a difference in my body. My anxiety has decreased and I am sleeping better. I've also noticed that I am not getting indigestion after each meal, I don't know if it's related to this supplement but I'll take it. The pill size is normal for a supplement and I just take it in the morning with breakfast. I will be continuing this product indefinitely.

Member's Mark Magnesium Glycinate with L-Theanine is generally praised by users for its effectiveness in promoting relaxation, improving sleep quality, and being gentle on the stomach, with the added benefit of L-Theanine for stress response and overall good value from Sam's Club. However, I find the large, chalky tablets difficult to swallow and note that effects may take a few days to become fully apparent. Please make it in the form of gummies or a soft gel to facilitate swallowing for people who dislike feeling pills in their throat. I will update my review after using it for a month.

Supplemental to support heart, bone, nerve and muscle health. Good size packaging. Easy to open bottle. The pills are very large. Slightly hard to swallow. There is no taste or after taste to the supplement.

I started taking these supplements because I heard they were really helpful for me and my body and I was really happy I started taking them. I really noticed a change in my wellness after taking them for about a week. My body wasn’t feeling weak anymore and I really enjoyed getting my sleep schedule together. Overall I feel better and I 100% recommend this product.

Great for muscles. My Dr recommended for joint and muscle pain. Does help with that. Only issue is the size of the pills. They are what I considered to be medium size vitamins. They aren’t huge but they arent small. Can get them down two at a time with plenty of water.

This is really good to use for bone, nerves and muscle health. Helps me feel better and seems to really work with getting better sleep at night, I don’t feel nearly as restless as I did before. Easy to open and get the pills out of. The pills are large but easy to take.

I have used magnesium for years now and was so happy to find this one that Sam's carries. I have taken these for a few weeks now and they work great for me. I normally have problems getting to sleep, but these help tremendously. They help relax me and i am able to stay asleep longer now. I can even twke just one and get the same results. My only issue ia the size of the pill, but that's just a personal thing and i am able to easily cut them in half.

I started taking this Magnesium when I received it but it really takes time to feel and difference after starting something new. I know magnesium is good for you I was already taking a different one, but there are several types of magnesium and I’m sure this one will be a good addition to my vitamins and minerals that I’m taking.
