Mom of 4, was dealing with a ton of stress raising children with extra needs. These really helped me! I noticed a huge difference in my patience level and the ability to get through my day. At first They did make me a bit drowsy, but now that feeling is gone. Just still feel peaceful and calmer. Big help to me. Worth a shot if you are dealing with high levels of stress on a daily basis.

This excellent and affordable product is very beneficial to me and many reviewers, yet I can’t find it anywhere - neither in-store or online? The Sam’s Club pharmacy employee couldn’t find it in the system, so I really hope it hasn’t been discontinued.

I can tell a difference in my sleep. I do have to go to bed or at least take them before my bedtime. The only problem that I have, is that the size of the pills are a little hard for me to swallow. I don't notice big changes, but it has helped with my sleep.

These were hands down the best supplement I’ve ever taken. Best sleep of my life. Please bring them back!!! I haven’t slept the same since.

Loved these supplements worked so great for anxiety, sleeping %26 tension but now there no where to be found in stores!! hopefully they don’t take them %26 bring these back to all stores!!

I have been wanting to try taking Magnesium Glycinate for some time. I’m so glad I did! I have been sleeping better and feel rested. My husband was nervous to try it, but he also is glad he did. Would recommend!

I had never heard of this before until I requested it. I am not certain how to review this, because the product makes a LOT of claims. I can tell you that I am sleeping better, but that is about all I can really say. The directions say to take two (2) tablets, but these things are HUGE! As you can see in the picture, they are nearly one inch long! I can only take them one at a time. Maybe it's working, but I'm just not really sure.

I've been using this supplement for about 3 weeks and can already tell a difference in my body. My anxiety has decreased and I am sleeping better. I've also noticed that I am not getting indigestion after each meal, I don't know if it's related to this supplement but I'll take it. The pill size is normal for a supplement and I just take it in the morning with breakfast. I will be continuing this product indefinitely.

It seems like everyday I've taken these I've had runny bowel movements constantly everyday. What's the other kind I was using I never had that problem

Only reviewing the packaging here as it will take a while to tell how they work internally. Packaging was nice and simple to read. Pills were a little large but coated for easy swallowing. I hope these work the way they say they do!
